I'm 5'3'' and wearing 4" heels in the try-on photos, although I've tried it on with 2", 3", & 5" heels and it looks the same. It has a hi-low design so you can show off your shoes when you walk, plus part of it acts as a small train. It also has POCKETS so you don't even need a clutch if you're not carrying too much stuff.
