So after ultrasound, discovered I DON'T have a torn muscle - yay- but had a ruptured Baker's cyst behind my knee. Saw the ortho doctor this am for a "tune up" - a cortisone shot in my knee and one in my arm! Hope the "mileage" lasts 3 months and beyond.
