JarKat Productions announces the International Competition of the 4th International Short Film Festival “The Night of the Shorts” (4th FICNC).The competition's main purpose is the promotion and exhibition of short films that contribute to the development of film language. Also encourage production through competitions and awards, feedback among novice and veteran filmmakers and ultimately provide a meeting place for those who love short film.
The 4th edition of the Internatio...nal Short Film Festival “The Night of the Shorts” will take place in two rooms UVK Multicines in the city of Lima, from 21 to 28 September 2011
